Privacy Policy

Faux Real (“the app”) is a daily guessing game. We designed it to need as little of your information as possible.

What we collect

Nothing that leaves your device. Faux Real has no account system and no login. Your streak, statistics, settings, and Expert Mode results are stored only in your device’s local storage. We do not transmit them to any server we control, and we cannot see them.

Analytics and tracking

The app contains no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs and performs no tracking across apps or websites (as defined by Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework). We do not build a profile of you. The app shows no ads.

Data you choose to share

When you tap Share or Challenge a friend, the app creates a link or image containing only your score and the day number, and hands it to your device’s standard share sheet. You choose whether and with whom to share it. We are not involved in that transmission.

Children

The app is rated 4+ and contains no objectionable content, no chat, and no data collection. It is safe for all ages.

Changes

If we later add optional features that collect data, we will update this policy, update the app’s Privacy Manifest and App Store privacy labels, and — where required — ask for your consent in the app before anything is collected.
